This is the same runaround Mittons received. The funds changes many hands before it got completed. Just at the start of the summer there was talk of moving the African Bazaar from 116th to 125th and Park Ave.

Last I heard, the African Bazaar will in fact move. I understand that the property has been sold. Not sure what will be developing, but most likely more apartments/condos.
