$225 million this year alone???? Sounds like it is time the city needs to sell these buildings to a developer and let them bulldoze these buildings!!!!

Quite simple, instead of sitting there waiting for tax payers to pay for the broken walls, elevators, toilet..etc...why don't you just get out and get a job. This way, you can afford to live in a better place.

How simple is that???
