Mitten Kitten Safe & Spoiled In His New Home

Remember Monte, the six-toed mitten kitten Harlem Fur reader Elderta rescued off of the streets of the Bronx? It seems all of those toes are bringing him good luck.
Monte, whose name is now Willie, has settled into his new place. Elderta writes, "He's gone from the streets of the Bronx to a full floor, 2 bedroom/2bath apartment with balcony in Prospect Heights. That is one lucky little boy. I feel so happy to have taken the time to pick up a little one off the street and give him a good home."
Above is a shot of Willie (on the left) and his three year old brother, Ozzie.

Yay, thank you, Harlem Fur! Willie took to the great indoors from the first moment he entered my apartment. I couldn't believe how much he loved pillows.
His new parents are great and have completely fallen in love with him. Thanks to them for providing Willie a warm and loving home with a new brother. Yay!
And thanks also to Infinite Hope Shelter in Brooklyn for helping with the adoption, too! They have lots of great kitties and a couple of rabbits waiting for new homes. http://www.hopevet.com/adoption.html
Cheers!

Hello there, I'm one of Willie's new daddies. Just wanted to say that Elderta is more than a foster mother, she's an angel to the rescue! We are so happy she brought Willie into our lives. Both he and Ozzie (who was rescued off the streets of Brooklyn) purr like motor boats and love to have their tummies rubbed.
